Great experience buying a car from Kia Stockton. Perfect customer service from Sales Exec, James, who wasn’t pushy and made the whole process straightforward and focused on what we needed to make an informed decision.

I purchased a used Kia ProCeed from Stockton Kia and am very happy with my purchase. Got the vehicle a while ago and so far, have done more than 1k miles with it. No issues so far and the car runs smoothly despite being second hand. Very happy with the sales team, Dean and James whom gave me an amazing deal. Cheers 👍😇

Excellent professional service from James Mann at Kia Stockton he made the purchase of my car so understandable. When he was not available Matthew Abson stepped forward to ensure that everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend taking a visit to Preston Farm to meet them if you are thinking of a new car.

What a great service we received from our local Kia Garage at Stockton and in particular from Alisha. Alisha became our point of contact and ensured all the details were correct in ordering my new car. Loved having a posh coffee with her!!! Nothing was too much trouble- I’m not the greatest with tech but it was all explained, the car is as amazing as stated and we’re just delighted with the whole experience. Many thanks to Alisha for all your efforts and kindness and to Kia for building my fantastic new car.

We popped into the showroom early May to look at the new Kia Sportage. We were greeted by a gentleman call Callum, who was warm and welcoming. Callum ask what we were looking for in a car. He advised the Kia sportage is perfect for what we where looking for. His knowledge of the vehicle was second to none. He made us feel at ease, relaxed and no pushy salesman attitude. We decided to buy the Kia sportage GT line S, the process of the sale was seamless. We were advised a wait of upto 16 weeks due to the colour/spec. However, Callum kept us informed through the wait on the progress of the vehicle. To our surprise the vehicle arrived 6 weeks after ordering. The hand over was quick and ease. Callum couldn’t help enough! If anyone is looking for the perfect Kia to go Stockton garage and ask for Callum! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Callum! 😁

We were attended to by Alisha who was extremely professional and very friendly. She wasn't pushy like many sales people can be and she gave us space and time to look at the car we were interested in. Although we'd booked a test drive we turned up a couple of days beforehand, (we were worried that someone else would reserve the car before we had the chance to make a decision) just about an hour before closing time and she kindly let us take the car out for a short test drive there and then. We decided to buy the car and it was all ready for us to collect it 3 days later. The service desk staff were also lovely and very professional. Alisha asked if she could take a photo of myself and my partner standing beside our new car which was a lovely touch. She sent it to me the day after we collected the car. We hope that our future visits to Kia Stockton for servicing etc will be equally as welcoming and helpful, unlike the disappointing experience I recently had with Nissan in Darlington.

Had a great experience with Dean Pallister yesterday when looking for a new car. I'd originally paid a deposit to hold the car until I could visit at the weekend. Dean gave me a good part exchange deal towards my new car and the new car had been prepared and was ready for me to drive home the same day. The whole process was seamless and Dean took the time to explain all the new functionality on the car before I drove away happy in my new Kia XCEED. Thank you.

We rang Kia Stockton, having not been impressed when we rang our local Kia dealer. The difference between our local dealer, and Stockton Kia is only down to the person we spoke to, which was the sales executive Callum Peel. Callum was extremely professional at first contact when we rang the dealership, and we agreed to visit to have a look at the different colour options of the EV3. Callum was extremely knowledgeable about the model, and had an excellent way about him. The biggest compliment we can give him, is he was genuine, and not a typical dealer ‘salesman’. No offence intended to other salesman of course, but we’re sure you all know what we mean! So, we ordered the vehicle, and have been updated on its journey by the Kia website, which has just informed us that it’s been placed on a ship in South Korea and is on its way to- Fingers crossed it’s on a quick ship!! lol 😂 Callum also said he would track the order, and if there were any cancelled orders on the system of the same spec car, he would see if we could get another one sooner. Overall, very impressed so far with Kia Stockton.

Brilliant service from Alisha at Kia Stockton, excellent communication throughout, which was great because we live quite a distance from the garage. Alisha was welcoming Highly attentive and helpful, I would highly recommend, top service from start to finish.

We purchased a used Kia Niro FHEV. Our salesman was Dean Pallister who provided excellent customer service throughout with clear communication. At no time did we feel any pressure and he allowed us time and space to reach a decision between this car and another. Honestly this store has been amazing, we were there to order our new car on motability and from start to finish James has been amazing, the staff are so friendly, polite, theres a coffee machine in the waiting area, my husband said the coffee machine latte was lovely. I would recommend this store and will be back when we need another car (in the not so distant future)

When looking for a new Kia Sportage we checked out Stockton Kia after checking out other dealerships. We had not used them before and made the right choice. Alisha our sales representative and Maz a manager were very approachable and helpful. We received good advice and importantly had no pressure whatsoever. The information, procedure and collection of the new car was a pleasure to experience. We will definitely be seeing them again in the future.

Purchased my new car at the Stockton on Tees branch and had a superb experience with Sam. She was welcoming, highly professional, and was a fantastic representative for the company.
