You use the site entirely at your own risk. Stockton Kia cannot guarantee that the site is free from bugs, errors, viruses or errors that may affect your computer. Stockton Kia cannot guarantee that all of the information is current on the date that you view it. Apart from death or personal injury arising out of its negligence, Stockton Kia is not responsible to you for any loss that you might suffer as a result of using this site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Stockton Kia owns all the Intellectual Property Rights relating to the site. You may not copy anything on the site without Stockton Kia's permission. You are granted the right only to view the site and print material from it. You can only do this for your personal use and / or for you to make informed decisions about Stockton Kia's products. You must not copy, publish or modify anything on the site or re-sell any of the information that you have viewed or printed from it.
PRODUCTS & PRICES
Stockton Kia is striving constantly to improve its products. Accordingly, all information on this site is subject to change. The specifications, models, prices of any items on this site may not be current at the time that you view it. Please contact Stockton Kia for the most up to date information. Because of the nature of technology, the colours shown on the site may not match the actual colours. Where prices are shown, as "basic" or "total retail", they include delivery and number plates. Where they are shown as "on the road", they include 12 months Vehicle Excise Duty and First registration fee.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Stockton Kia offers the option to reserve used vehicles online with a fully refundable reservation fee (minimum £99). After you have paid your reservation fee, you will be contacted by a member of the sales team to complete a test drive and/or the purchase of the vehicle. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact the Stockton Kia sales team on 01642 632299 and a full refund will be processed.
YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
Stockton Kia is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected is used for Stockton Kia’s business purposes, which is the marketing of the sale of Kia cars and associated products and services. By sending Stockton Kia information, you agree that such information is not confidential, and that Stockton Kia can use the information. Stockton Kia will keep and use this information (and any other information which it may hold about you from time to time) now and in the future (i) to provide you with information on products and services which may be of interest to you; (ii) for the purposes of conducting market research; and (iii) to provide you with agreed goods and services. If you would prefer not to receive mail and telephone calls providing information about products and services from us or such third parties, please inform Stockton Kia that you wish to opt out of receiving such information. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you may apply to see what "personal data" Stockton Kia holds in respect of you. Please contact Stockton Kia for further details. If you are an existing customer, Stockton Kia must be allowed to go on using your personal information in order to administer its relationship with you. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
On occasion there may be instances when you, our customer, are not satisfied with either the product or service that we have provided. In this instance we would always like you to talk to us directly so that we can try to rectify the situation. Whilst we are clearly committed to a high quality of customer service there may be times when we are not able to resolve a dispute. In this unlikely event we would refer you to an ADR provider, either Motor Codes Ltd or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), depending on the nature of the dispute ADR stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a process where an independent and impartial third party considers the evidence in a dispute and makes a decision, offers a view or helps all parties reach an agreement. Motor Codes is a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) certified ADR provider that can offer this ADR service.
